We aim to create systems that generate leads and help grow your business. Results may vary based on factors outside our control, including competition, ad platform changes, and client responsiveness.
• Payments are monthly, not annual.
• Service fees cover our management and expertise; ad spend is paid separately and is fully controlled by the client.
• Payments are due at the start of each month.
• You may cancel at any time. Campaigns will run until the end of the month, unless you request an immediate stop.
To get the best results, clients must:
• Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and access to ad accounts if required
• Respond in a timely manner to requests and approvals
• Approve content, ads, and landing pages before publishing
Failure to provide information or timely approvals may delay campaigns and results.
• All client information, including business info, contact details, and ad account access, is kept confidential.
• Information is never shared or sold to third parties.
• Payment information is handled securely via trusted payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
Digital Scale Solutions is not liable for:
• Business losses, lost revenue, or missed leads
• Technical issues outside of our control (ad platform outages, hosting problems)
• Results that vary due to external factors beyond our control
Clients understand that digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed.
• All websites, landing pages, and ad creative are owned by the client once fully paid.
• Digital Scale Solutions retains rights to showcase work in portfolios, marketing, and case studies with client permission.
• Either party may terminate services at any time with notice.
• Upon termination, campaigns will run until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise requested.
