When you work with Digital Scale Solutions, payments are structured as follows:
Paid monthly for building and managing your website, ads, and lead generation systems.
Any money allocated to run ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, or Instagram will be paid directly for the ads themselves. You remain in control of your ad budget, separate from our service fees.
Payments are processed every month. There are no annual fees.
You may cancel at any time. The current month will continue until the end, and your campaign will run until the month ends.
If you request, we can stop the campaign immediately instead of waiting for the month to end. Please note that monthly payments are charged in advance, before the new month begins. So if you cancel right after a new month has just been billed, that month's payment is still required.
All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks, a trusted payment platform. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
